No New Year's Resolutions as such however starting the year on a good footing.
Daily comicking again. Training for the Stirling Marathon.
A few other things I'd like to do, but we'll discuss them later...

In the weight loss/healthy eating part of my efforts I have been doing some calorie counting today.
Breakfast cereal was bad. Mostly because I ate about twice the recommended amount which I consider a small bowl. I knew this already but now its confirmed.
Good news my lunch time salad works out at only 250cal. Considering its size and the amount of cheese and the sweet chilli sauce I expected it to be more. Its also much less than the sandwiches its replaced. Hell its only just over half the calories of just the bread.

Yeah, I have never bothered to check how much I was eating specifically but it was farily obvious I wasnt getting 12 servings from a 500g box.
Still if Im getting breakfast and lunch for under 700 calories thats not too bad.

You all need some nice nutritious soup.
Just not Mushroom soup.

Only time I have lost a significant weight over an extended period of time. Though I don't know how much it had to do with the soup as my dinners are usually relatively healthy, might just have been that they meant I ate a smaller meal not a healthier one.

Breakfast isnt much over that despite its size.

I find soup good as it helps with portion control, something I am lousy with. Next week should be SOUP WEEK

1) Be less fat. I am doing well but I need to get back into running properly and join a gym (but not in Jan as that's when they become crowded with people). Aiming to lose at least another 6lb. I don't want Shockprowl mistaking me for a pork pie I did lose a load of weight but gained about 2/3rd of it back. I need to do this again!!! 2) Be more productive. I have a lot of creative projects that I want to get done and really want to push myself. pie I feel this is a win with TFN2019! 3) Be less of a mess. By which I mean I have waaay to much stuff in my flat and need to get rid of it, sort out my finances (I can probably pay off my student loan with a bit of effort), go out more, etc etc. I am still a mess (and 2019 was a miserable year for me all-round). I sold a load of stuff but my flat is somehow just as messy as ever. I did manage to pay off my student loan though!

Hmmm. 1. Salad Week 4evar! Almost. Salad week ran till December at which point I had some tooth issues that largely prevented me eating sold foods for the month. The result was Soup month! Yeahm no that didn't work out. The daily doodles accidentally turned in to an ongoing comic runninig all year, I think the start point would be one year ago today. So not more drawing, but at least it evolved a little. Er... no! Also no. Though illness from October through the end of the year probably means Ive lost some weight ans accidentally kick started a little healthy eating.

Errr, couple stressful moments there in 2019, but it's all relative. But now my extension is almost complete and I have my 'as-perfect-as-it's-gonna-get' TF collection, and I control all the ambulances, yeah, 2019 ended pretty freakin' well actually. Looking forward to 2020! THE FUTURE sounding year! Gentlemen, THE FUTURE!!!

Also want to lose weight and clean house/declutter. House not completely decluttered, but progress made. Currently a stone lighter than a year ago. I had lost more, but injury halted me and work stress and the festive season has seen my chocolate and second breakfast bad habits return. What's 'insanity', Stom'? I thought to loose weight you'd just get down to the Stomski-beat. It's a work out from the late 2000s by Shaun T and a company called Beachbody. I did have the DVDs, but wanting to try something new I signed up for their on demand service in the summer. This time doing Transform:20 (only 20 minutes a day was about 2lbs/wk) and then a program called Liift4 which was my first foray into weights. Subscription is much cheaper than a gym, but you do need your own equipment and decent dumbbells are not cheap
