Run free... As free as the wind blows... As free as OMEGA flies... across the stars... Then he, somehow transforms into, a complete robot mode... do do do do do....
(Sorry, I'm distracted by Die Hard 2, that's the best I can do)

The rhyming will never stop, Dance to it like hip-hop! -Ralph Oh yes it will. I have sought permission to take preventative measures. Sought, obtained and carried out action.

Saw Mum tonight. She's now in the rehab unit in Roehampton and looks much happier there. Spending most of her days in wheelchair now rather than bed.

I dunno, I think if you rhyme all the time it stops it being special.

I want to see how long I can last, Until the rhyming is the past. When will I break? How long does it take?

I must say, after a week I start... I start to rhyme everything, IN MY HEAD! My own internal monologue starts to Rhyme! Then it spills out into your normal everyday speach... colleagues look at you funny... people back away... the children... get scared of you -oh God-....
Rhyming is a POWERFUL thing, Doc'.
Please, please know what you're doing...

For those who've not seen my comments on FB, some news: Mum managed to walk today! This is the first time she's walked since she broke her leg on Nov 9th. Admittedly it was while using and in between parallel bars but if she can do that there's little reason she shouldn't be able to walk using a frame and that has huge implications for her mobility and where she ends up going after the rehab unit. And, given this was the first steps in 3 months, managing 4 meters is a pretty huge achievement. Well done Mum!

Absolutely.
Days like that take time to process and Phil helps enormously. Up to wave four the only vague areas we have now are how all the various exclusives will work.

Indeed. Every year I have the RFC feed on in the background as I monitor the Hub for Phil's updates. So much easier to keep track, especially as I choose not to be on Twitter.

I have sprained my knee. I suspect I have managed this as a result of keeping my leg raised all week because of my sprained ankle.
This is getting ridiculous.

I'd already done the hip (well the other one), that was the reason for my walk to my Doctors which caused the ankle injury.

Ouch.
Did my ankle on Friday night 3.5 miles into a 9.3 mile run.
Still sore today, heavily strapped up.

Yes,
It is very precise. Handy having apps that can track your distance.
3.1 miles was what I started off, then upped to 6.2 miles, now 9.3 - next increase is up to half marathon.
