Ok...
So this week:
Liz is going away leaving me home alone with the boy.
The Kaptain is expected for his annual trip to Fairford.
Lancer will hopefully turn up
A big X-Men book gets released.
I'm also trying to schedule several curry lunches, secure a ride to a funeral and get hold of some drugs the pharmacy have lost.
Things are a trifle busy!

Home Alone with Jonathan Day 2: Woke at just before 4, needing the loo, and couldn't get off so came downstairs for a proper cuppa - I can do mint and camomile in my room as there's a kettle there but proper Tea needs proper milk - can't drink uht - which means fridge which means kitchen. It was at that point I saw the Rainmakers - tmukhub.proboards.com/post/375191/thread - so ended up with my thinking head on and woke up a bit too much to get back off. Didn't have much planned for today anyway - J out with Grandparents for a big part of it - so definitely a quiet day ahead.

Eyes streaming and constant sneezing for the last 24 hours or so. I never used to suffer from hay fever but I'm beginning to wonder..
In other news, I've started attempting to get fit-ish, or at least get the heart rate up to the required 20 - 30 mins exercise and have taken up riding the old bicycle again. It's horrible.

Tweeted and FB'd that I wasn't feeling great before bed but now....
I'd been to the local Indian Takeaway for dinner: short walk but it killed me. Evening was a struggle. But since I've been in bed the pain has shot up and I'm feeling ever so weak. Just had to crawl to the bathroom and had to stop for a rest on the landing. J came out for a wee so just in case dinner is doing odd things I sent him downstairs for the washing up bowl.
Worried. Last time I felt similar bad things happened

Must have had five, nearly six in the end. But felt dreadful last night and still really weak this am, not helped by it having rained overnight.

It's worrying, it's a level beyond what I'm used to. All over the body tonight, torso as well. Put an extra layer on to see if that helps.

Not sure we're quite in "heart attack" levels yet.....
.... but have been having occasional pains on my left side. Had them before and it turned out to be muscular

Been a long week at work/TFN/hospital visits to see Dad. Was supposed to be at a wedding but work had already fucked that. However, had they not I wouldn't have anyway what with Dad being ill and all that.
Still he is on the mend, and should be out by the end of next week.
I find myself idling with the notion of doing a daily Transformers strip once Shakma is finished, not a gag strip but a proper action/adventure strip - the insane idea of the dailies and the Sunday one is calling. Not sure of a story yet though...

Or you could just bite the bullet and kick off your State Games and/or Magnificent Six strip adaptation in daily format.

State Games - I don't think would work as well in the strip format for what I had in mind. I was leaning towards a lot more industrial/non-humanoid designs for them where possible, so with the limited real estate it might not work.
Magnificent Six - I thought Benn was going to be giving that a go.

Raindance and Grand Slam: A Pirate's Life for Us - given they were pirates and the first appearance of Doctor Doom (Fantastic Four Issue 3) sees him send the FF back in time to take treasure from pirates with The Thing becoming Blackbeard - you might want to take a run at that story. The Trial of Joey Slick - there was no trial. Triple I disappeared him very quickly. Missing presumed dead.
