Burns hates getting his hair cut with a burning passion. He just needs a quick trim today but the queue is now huge because THE BARBER WILL NOT STOP TALKING.
I only need a trim so not urgent but I am in the queue and there is a rainpocalypse outside. I must stay!

I'm the same. I hate sitting in barbers wasting time waiting for haircuts. Which I suppose is one of the benefits of having long hair; I don't have to do it very often. I hate that feeling of nervous apprehension approaching the barbers wondering how long the queue is and how much of a Saturday morning is going to be lost. I usually get there fifteen minutes before it opens to make sure I'm first.

Grade 2 with the clippers, get a spouse/friend to do it, can't go wrong....

Currently slumped against the end of the bed having dragged myself there post fall on landing.
Would rather like to do Thursday but it's not going to happen is it?

Had my hair cut on Saturday morning. Into the hairdressers at 09:10, No.2. Clipper cut all over, out by 09:30. Last year I got my haircut at the same place on the way to TFN. Decided to save myself some faffing about on Thursday morning this year.
Whilst it would have been nice to see you at the pre-convention get-together Phil, it sounds like it might not be the best idea at the moment. No worries if discretion is the better part of valour. It oft-is.
