On phone again. I had to hang up to deal with the Police charging up the stairs to deal with a separate incident of attempted forced entry. I then had lengthy chats with two different frightened neighbours to advise them of the magic words to use when calling 101. On hold to Police again. -Ralph Attempted forced entry to your flat?? Glad you were able to offer your neighbours some help and support. This is getting out of hand now and a massive dereliction of duties from your landlord etc.

It's unclear which flat they were trying to get into as they were running around when I disturbed them. Events were fast moving. The Police were similtenously attending a seperate incident.
The door entry code was supposed to be changed on Friday, but wasn't. It wouldn't have stopped them for long anyway as someone is letting them in and they force the doors too by kicking them in. Not just here but in adjoining blocks. One of them was also using the electricity meter cupboard to hide in (which only residents should have the code for).
Lady downstairs just moved in on September and has been fobbed off by Police when she has phoned in concerns about drug dealing.
The good news is that finally, in the last week, the Police are at last patrolling the area after repeated complaints from me (previously I was ignored). Neighbour says she saw one of them get caught last night. The problem was bad when I moved in but has escalated in recent weeks. They have the run of the block which is their drugs den. Previously they would leave when I yelled at them but now they are verbally abusive and/or come straight back in. I am hopeful they will now piss off due to there being an ongoing Police presence.
