The first four were numbered inside, with ALS indeed being number 1

Apparently they did one in the Headmasters era - anyone own this 'un?

There were two set in the Headmasters era and two in the Powermasters era.
In the Headmasters Ladybird books, Scorponok was a giant base thing, and the Decepticons seemed to be led by Cyclonus and Scourge.
In the Powermasters Ladybird books, Scorponok was much smaller and leader of the Decepticons, opposite Powermaster Optimus Prime, like in the comics.

By process of elimination, you must therefore be missing Autobot Hostage. Scans of all the Ladybird books here. Martin

Strictly speaking, that's not all of the Ladybird books. BHS had an exclusive edition with both Autobots Fight Back and Laserbeak's Fury. Rather than the usual format, it is about twice as wide, with each page featuring two of the original pages set side by side.

Got Deceps at the Pole all right, and you can read that Autobot Hostage one online. Didn't someone on the old Hub post links to them all?

If anyone's after paper copies, I've got a set stored I don't particularly want plus a spare of Megatron's Fight for Power. The last two aren't in as good condition as they're ex-library (it seems the print runs got smaller with each addition to the line.) Some Big Looker ones plus most of the Action Force and Batman Ladybird books too, I think...

I see that list also misses out the BHS exclusive that I mentioned on the last page.

I see that list also misses out the BHS exclusive that I mentioned on the last page. If the BHS exclusive is just a reprint of 2 of the books then it's not really worth mentioning in a list of all the ladybird book stories available.

I just found the tape of Decepticon Hideout.
Andy
Edit: I've never seen Decepticons Underground or Autobot Hostage before. I have the rest.

In a list of stories published by Ladybird then yes, I quite agree. However, both lists that have been linked to in this thread are referenced as lists of books published by Ladybird, so the BHS edition should be included to be fully comprehensive. Pedantic, me? ;D As an aside, Ladybird also published a set of wall friezes and a mobile. (These were not books so need not be included in the list. )

Kup is incredibly creepy and seedy in this btw.

[Martin edit: You're not kidding! Hot Rod sounds rather wimpy, but Ratchet's voice is well cool. And in answer to your PM, Andy, yes, I am able to edit other people's posts.]
