Tail end of last week I found out that too much dairy free cheese can cause similar stomach issues to standard cheese.
Exciting times

The count is still 3 but I have a very uncomfortable tummy tonight.
Should be travelling tomorrow, suspect that isn't happening :-(

I was only meant to be on Floor 5 for a quick brush up on something but been here for almost three hours. Trapped by the runs!
Still better today than Friday!

It's the danger element that has him going back when there are many other habitable floors.

There are far fewer desks on the other floors and they're noisier.

This thread has helped me identify the culprit for recent TTT: a certain type of Tesco curry. Hadn't had it in a long time and had forgotten it did not agree with me!

At some point I have eaten SOMETHING
Lost count of the the number of times I've needed to rule in power today.
This has not been helped by our loo not functioning 100% properly!

Hope you are feeling better Phil. Vastly improved after I managed to be sick yesterday. Brought very little up and passed very little which is odd for a stomach upset. Bland diet today as a precaution. Hoping to be match fit to travel home tomorrow.

I last was at a Five Guys on Chrimbo Eve. I had much tummy trouble thereafter so decided not to go to that particular branch again.
Yesterday I had my first Five Guys of the year and was in a different branch. My troubles began late last night and have continued into today. The fight does not go well so work is a challenge!
Whether it's the burger and/or the cajun chips I do not know but I think Five Guys is now permanently off the menu!

25th Feb Some years ago I had an encounter with fig yogurts which led to figs going on the banned list, alongside chickpeas. Over Christmas I was given a selection Chutney which I finally cracked open yesterday. Included was a Fig Chutney..... I was up till gone 1:30 this morning in mild discomfort and had to make a dash for the bathroom earlier. Dashing to the bathroom when you're downstairs, it's upstairs and you're relying on a stairlift to get you there is not fun. At a convenient moment we will try the Chutney again to confirm the result and up figs' rating to "really do not eat anything with figs in" Round 3! Wondering if it was just the fig chutney. Thinking back there has been some odd tummy stuff over the last week. We went out for lunch today and everything I ate tasted different to usual, like the "volume" on the flavour was turned up. 13th March: now at the time I thought this might be something I ate in my local Chinese.... At some point I have eaten SOMETHING Lost count of the the number of times I've needed to rule in power today. This has not been helped by our loo not functioning 100% properly! However a few days later this happened: 18th March: Oh Dear. REALLY not happy tummy tonight. Nothing horrible has happened yet but my stomach feels dreadful and I'm very cold. I suspect nasty things soon.... Ugh. Bad Things happening again. Really thought this was under control :-( tummy had felt happy ish after lunch. Now however...... Hope you are feeling better Phil. Vastly improved after I managed to be sick yesterday. Brought very little up and passed very little which is odd for a stomach upset. Bland diet today as a precaution. Hoping to be match fit to travel home tomorrow. That one's definitely a bug, others have had it since. Last night Liz and I went out for a lovely Chinese meal for her birthday. Today I've ruled in power four times and just had to have the car turned round so I could return home urgently. The only thing that makes me not go "IT WAS THE CHINESE" is that I have not been quite right all week and TBH not really OK tummy wise since the previous bad bout. All this roughly coincides with when my doctor played with my medication. There's obviously something not right here.
