Suffering from digestive issues has left Phil feeling poorly.
I hope Mr Basset - or one of his imitators - will assist

Oh dear.
Yesterday Jonathan had a disturbing experience on the throne of power.
My turn today.
I suppose it might explain why I've felt so rubbish the last day or so but beyond that .....

Major toilet trauma this morning delaying me getting to work. Have been getting steadily worse over the last four days. Feeling brighter after some food this evening.

I believe there was some Rule One breakage last night leading to some delicacy today.
Would SOMEONE like to confess?

No.
Was at a work colleague's flat in Kirkcaldy for a thing. There was drinking, the switch in my head thats says go home went on. So I went home...eventually.
A walk of somewhere between an hour to two and a half to get from her place to the centre of Kirkcaldy and a £45.00 taxi later I was home.

I've done that in the past. However I was a lot younger. The party ends, you're offered crash space but the head says, time to go! So you walk into the night and realise walking into the night means about an eight hour walk 3 sheets to the wind. No problem! For the first twenty minutes.
One time I even remember walking roads using the sunrise to guess compass directions.

I walk generally until I recognise a landmark...
This tends to mean lengthy walks.

We have some digestive distress this morning of the kind where the tummy has been unwilling to cooperate:-(
Unfortunately the pain is starting to affect everything else and there has been some accompanying wretching so it's looking unlikely I'll get out to church this morning. Which is a shame after such a good night's sleep.

So digestive distress Thursday.
Spent Friday on nothing but toast in an attempt to cure it.
Much better yesterday till the evening when my backside exploded.
I expected today to be tougher than it was, made it to this evening before experiencing real difficulty.
Could do with shifting this....

The stomach difficulty that has troubled me periodically since I returned home from holiday has returned for the 4th or 5th time. Lost count TBH, really thought I'd shifted it this time.
I'm used to pain, but this isn't usual. I'm wondering if it's somehow connected to the really bad pains a month ago. It can't be anything I've eaten a week and a bit later and you'd expect a virus to be out of me by now plus nobody else has similar symptoms.

More of the same today. The count currently is seven. I feel ill tonight, a sort of cold shivery achyness way beyond the usual CMT stuff.
