God, your 10 years younger than me, dude. Cheer up - 37 in animation terms means we no longer have to have teenage angst and spiky funny coloured hair and we have reached the appropriate age for Commanding Officers, experienced veteran mecha pilots and "seen it all, take anything in their stride" technicians. And we have about twenty to thirty years before Martial Arts movies consider us old enough to be "wise elders with important lessons to impart". Late thirties is a great age to be. Karl

Karl Now you see, this, is why Karlos is THE MAN. I particularly like the bit about being a Commanding Officer.

Now you see, this, is why Karlos is THE MAN. I particularly like the bit about being a Commanding Officer. The only thing with that is that it is a bit of a roulette - you might wind up the guy who gets to slap sense into the angsting young mecha ace, but you might also end up being the guy who always walks straight into the bridge hatch coaming because the bridge is built for the 5 foot something bridge staff or have to lead/herd a misfit bunch of young police officers as they go about their comedic misadventures. You can never tell how that is going to pan out. Karl

I'm 33. At Uni everyone thinks I look like I'm in my 20's so thats bloody good for me - the Dorian Grey reference made me smile, its something I tell folk myself when they're surprised at my real age.

Paul is older than 37. I don't think he quite has a 4 at the front of his age yetr Not until April... I'm still below 30. I think I might have a hair cut to celebrate when I do hit 30. A week to go and I've still not had my party invite.

Just under 3 months left of being 33.
Not sure if I am going to bother with my birthday itself, but rather instead do something for Blaise since my DOB is pretty much halfway through the year and her birthday is a fortnight before Christmas Day.
Not sure what other parents do with December birthdays but I assume they try to keep them non Christmas themed as possible. That'll be difficult at my place because I overdo the Christmas garnish from late November onwards.

I have a few months left of 33 that I am clinging onto.
I wasn't planning on living much past 60, so my mid life crisis is long overdue. I'm starting to worry.

Buy yourself a sports car, shag a coupla 20 year old girls, loose a coupla toes trying to climb K2 and you've cracked it! The mid-life crisis I mean.

How old is everyone now? I can't be bothered to work it out. Plus we've had some very interesting cyber chumbs join us in the last few years.
I'm now 40. 40 and proud! 40 is the new 30 which is the new 20. So I'm 20!
Imflapable logic.
