Okay, so over the last two days I've had arrive TR Galvatron, Clobber and Terri-Bull, Cog, and the Big Powered set. Not bad, and an unusually big layout for me.

I really recommend getting a new helmet off Shapeways for Galvatron. It transforms him into a spectacular figure. The released version is so near but so far thanks to that headdress thing!

Considering it, no idea where to find it though. Or the extra price.

I'm really enjoying Big Powered, lads. Finding the clip to attach Dai's legs to his jet a tad tricky though.

I just got titans return wolfwire. Very, very cool.
I love everything about this guy, good transformation, not just standing up and slapping his head on... although, that is indeed the bulk of it.
Cool sword, but as for most tr, dumb bathtub gun, straight into the bits box.
Really nice bot mode.
But...
I do have the dreaded cockpit hinge break... %=$#$% it...

Went to Kapow to get a Marvel Legends Hercules because, well, it's Hercules.
May have added Big Powered to get free shipping.
Damn that free shipping.

I mean that sounds like a perfectly reasonable thing to do.
My box of Mr. David Atlas and Friends arrived on Friday, and much to my surprise the conjux brought it along with her so that he could keep us company during our weekend away in Edinburgh. It is a very nice set, and the remolding and repainting is all very nicely done (as you'd expect from Takara). The only real issue I have is with the re-working that's been done with Mr. David Atlas himself to add the link that prevents the torso and legs from separating - it's very thin and feels very fragile, and you have to use a lot of force to lock the two pieces and then separate them again for transformation - it gives me the fear. And yes, his legs are a bit hollow, but this is true of the original mold, so nothing I'll fault them for. The combined vehicle form isn't that convincing either... but this is true to the original.
In all, a very nice set.

Won an auction yesterday. Looking at the photos, Im wondering if one of the toys in it is a much rarer item than I assumed. Now eagerly awaiting their arrival to find out. But its from Japan so it will be weeks before I know.

Hercules is nice. I only really wanted him because of the TFUK connection. I must seek out a Machine Man now.

Its really not that exciting. It looks to me like legends Shanghai Attack Demolisher, a TRU Japan exclusive with only 120 released, but there are so many bloody repaints of the legends toys there could be a far more common but similar repaint that I've missed. Either way, as I say, not that exciting because no one gives a damn about movie legends figures, except me and Im quite happy to have another one whatever it is.

Dont get me wrong, Im very happy if I have stumbled upon something that rare, especially as Ive started working on collecting the movie legends, but I suspect if you made a list of all the Transformers made in quantities below 200 then ranked them by desirability this one would be near the bottom of the list for most people.
