SIEGE IRONHIDE!!!!
Oh now, oh wow, here... Here finally...
WE HAVE A DECENT CHUG IRONHIDE!
Oh yeah oh yeah oh yeah oh yeah
EDIT: QUICK REVIEW
He's very nice. Very 'Siege'.
Great feel to him. Nice Ironhidey look to him. Nice face/head sculpt.
Some leg panel issues in robot mode. They don't tab in well at all. Articulation is marvelous. I don't like his weapon though.
Transformation is very pleasing. Really nice. Vehicle mode is a nicely Ironhide. A big chunky van/truck thing. Excellent. Huge screaming visible head syndrome though. You can see his head (from the back) quite visibly through his windscreen.
Overall though, superb. Very nice.
AT LAST! AT LAAAAST!!!

Cog II and Sixgun are here! How many Cogs do you need?!

I need at least two of every Weaponiser: one to be itself, one to be the weapons.
*technically* this is also Sixgun II, but Sixgun I is in an order that is Chromia'd.
Sixgun could end up being more than two......

Do you get two because one catches a form of combineritus?

Dispatch note for SS-38 BB Votager Op from Kapow.
My first regular Studio Series release. I bought the two BB specials with tapes but not touch either car and indeed the later set put me off buying the regular VWBB

I haven't bought any SS. I've had a shot of many of them at meetups and it's a solid line of good toys. High quality (like Siege). I just don't have an interest in the films or the designs.

Just got a boxed Point Blank off of the bay - I think a complete run of '87 releases in box is on my list now. The artwork is so great. Better shift on my loose one!

Wal Mart reissue cab Optimus Prime.
I have to say, this took me right back to 1985 again. Lovely toy as ever, the wee box is splendid.

W2 Battlemasters were waiting for me when I got home today.
Aimless: Blowpipe, colours swapped, new gun barrel, new blast effects. You know what you're getting. TR Misfire is very happy.
Love Pteraxodon. Great dino mode - would love one with black swapped for grey and green for red or blue. Each wing has the same line of blast effects connectors found on Megatron's sword or Lionizer's tail: I think the missed a trick not putting the same connectors on the crest of his head. Blast effect attaches to these or to a single blast point the other way round. Axe and Gun modes are good. All you need is a 5mm peg riser and you'd get a crossbow out of him too.
Also got SS-38 BB Voyager Op, not opened yet

Fordingbridge toy fair today. Picked up a few buts, boxed Skyquake, one tiny bit of damage but have transformed him without incident! Got an RiD Landfill and an Animated Bee, Armada Prime for the offspring.

A few random bits Ive picked up recently.
Megabolt Megatron - I had no idea it was a crazy GPS bot, but some lovely colours.
TM Megatron - Gone at the waist but so far relatively undamaged. Contemplating how to use it.
Robotmasters Gigant Bomb - Ooooo, pretty! I think Ive only ever seen one in the box before. Colours really work on it.

I managed to snag a studio series thundercracker, especially pleased I I missed nitro. The colour scheme is gorgeous!
He is a chunky voyager that's for sure.
A rather pleasing transformation I have to say. Nice weapon gimmicks too, not obtrusive in either mode.
I found that due to his titan master compatability, you can pop a prime master in his head slot which when in jet mode gives him a cool little prime engine effect.
And of course I am swapping his head with all my other titan masters.
I wonder if I can adapt his bug head into a titan master?
Anyways, lovely figure.
I do get the whole not being into the bay verse aesthetic though.
This is definitely not my thundercracker, but it is a bloody cool jet robot monster of doom.

At Wales Comic Con on Saturday I picked up a sealed, boxed Japanese Beast Wars Tigatron. The box itself seems to have seen better days, as it's clearly spent a lot of time on display. Hard to tell through the window how much possible sun damage the figure itself has, but I'll find out in short order. Once I've actually opened it. Which I will, once I'm able to provide the ceremony that is required...
