Oh I see. The quoting confused me.

It's because I am posting in the superior "recent posts" view where you must quote to reply

That's actually a scarily accurate thought.
Him and Sunstreaker.
Should I change my username to SUNMIRAGE?

A few new acquisitions this week. From t'Entertainer in Braehead I picked up Cyberverse Scraplet - that wave of toys appears to be hitting now. I've also acquired Cyberverse Alpha Trion and Selects Hot Shot - though don't get too excited, because both of those came back from Singapore with the Conjunx. Alpha Trion's as blocky and unposeable as you'd expect from a Cyberverse Ultra, and Hot Shot I've not had a good look at yet, but he seems nice in hand so far.

Weekend family reunion in Ireland really reminded me of family visits to my aunt and uncles during school holidays in the 90s. They usually involved me getting/travelling with the latest Transformers Collected Comic. And they contained my introduction to Impactor so I really wanted to grab Impactor from Smyths while I was away.
Mission accomplished. A bit crazy that an originally UK only character had to wait till its fourth toy version to get a UK release. But it was nice to walk in to a shop and pick one up. Also good that the first UK release came with the Marvel UK head design.
Also picked up Mirage. The colours really do a good job showing off the mould compared to the transparent version.
And from Toymaster in Dublin I picked up the Rescue Patrol pair. I think its the first thing Ive bought from Toymaster in over 5 years and Ive no idea the last time I got a Transformer from there.
Nearly picked up Ironhide instead but then wasn't sure if I had picked one up at TFN.

Liking Siege Bluestreak a lot. It's a fun mould that, like a lot of Siege, looks better in-hand (even though it has no battle damage) and has a nice intuitive transformation. G1 Bluestreak was the first Transformer I ever saw, so despite him not being a big name character he has a lot of meaning to me (and honestly, I have no time at all for all that "but he's not a _character_" whining that emanates from some parts of fandom when it comes to a lot of toys).
Best of all though is lining him up with my other classic Siege Autobots, in either mode - there's something about this line that pushes the nostalgia button so well.

Got fed up waiting for Cromar and Hotshot - my Hasbro UK Zetar and Smokescreen are taking ages - so Robotkingdom'd them last week. They were in the country yesterday, spending an hour & 40 minutes at Customs. They're down as Out For Delivery today so I guess I've dodged the poker!

Longtooth and AM Wheeljack arrived yesterday. Got the full run of UK Autobot Pretenders now, just waiting on a Splashdown and a Groundbreaker to show up at a reasonable price!

I have had a weakness and now own Impactor and Red Alert for some reason.
I was hoping for Mirage, but alas. Plenty of Refraktors and Brunts in Toy Planet Derby though.

Picked up the last Siege Mirage from Smyths in Eccles today. Nice to see the Transformers section so well stocked for one. Half price Overloads don't seem to be shifting.

Select Powerdasher Zetar en route from In Demand Toys.
They owe me a Barricade, which I paid in full when I preordered, which hasn't showed up yet.
Waiting on an Omega Supreme dispatch from Kapow and an invoice for Smokescreen, which I know they've had.

Select Powerdasher Zetar en route from In Demand Toys. If it is in stock, hopefully ID will send mine soon (along with Bluestreak and M's Impactor) as all 3 should be in stock now IIRC. -Ralph
