So tell me dear friends, what is the deal?
Has anyone tried it and had any problems?
Does the item stay up until it is sold? Are there any charges for the length of time it stays up?
Elliott.

I've sold some stuff through Amazon before and it's a good way to quickly list your unwanted stuff as Amazon already provide the picture/description with you only having to add a bit about condition.
I'm fairly sure the items stay up until sold. They tell you their fee before you confirm the listing.
Problems?
- People don't seem to bother leaving feedback, so it can be hard to build up a good reputation.
- Amazon decide the postage charges, so you could loose out there. Personally I haven't, but I've heard of people loosing out with bulky items.
- If Amazon's page doesn't make it clear exactly what the item is - if there are multiple versions and/or no picture, people might just... not bother.

Amazon have earned my wrath today. I've had to change my credit card. Can you change all your orders at once to match the new card ? No. You have to do them one at a time!
