I am all over that when it comes out. Figure has always felt a bit too svelte and slender for Springer, but would make a nice Rodimus.

That does look like it could be quite good.

That one does look great. It is a nice repaint of a really good mould.
I have been rewatching TFTM this evening, and I think the Springer mould would work really well as a Rodimus Prime, stood next to the Classics Hot Rod mould. The proportions would work well for that.

Just in case they don't release a repaint and it's only for the fiction I have just snagged a Springer from ebay so I can do it myself!

Thats a must have repaint, if it gets a new head. After looking at MTMTE Rodimus (which is the best match for it) I see it doesnt really need a new head at all. That photoshop looks good, I'd just hope if its made the front and interior of the lower legs will be painted grey. And another block of yellow below the existing one on the chest. The Megatron does look nice and might be added to my Bludgeon mould vs classic Prime mould Shelf, which will of course require the purchase of the Prime too. Which wouldnt be so bad, as I dont have either of the Henkei or United versions.

I am different. I like him as Springer, not Hot Rod.

Ye Brawn be some sort of Bulkhead toy Methinks. Don't ask me which one, my brain files them all as "the new guy" so I lose track.
The Blitzwing/Doubledealer mould makes a surprisingly good Starscream in humanoid mode. The tank mode looks a little bit odd with those extra guns attached ("Although it retains the Devastator Autocannon of the Primary Variant the so-called "Screamer" variant's primary firepower comes from a pair of Exostar Large Lasers attached to the sides of the turret assembly..."). And the fighter mode of that mould is one I'm quite fond of - not fond enough that I have actually bought a version of it, but I do like the general look of it a great deal.

I've wanted to see Starscream from Blitzwing for years, never thought it would happen though.

I hope SXS put a repaint of their A-03 kit out for Starsceam. They didn't bother with Double Dealer to my knowledge and that was enough for me to skip that version of the mold. Blitzwing really suffered without the shoulder pieces which covered up an obvious void but more importantly made the arms movable without detaching.
EDIT: The A-03J variant, meant for the Takara release, actually appears to be blue which might work anyway...

Damn, $85 for Prime or Megs from Robot Kingdom. High price to pay for a Voyager.
The blue arms on the top of the Starscream jet are making me think "paint this jet white and those arms red and you got a jetfire there", but we have a new leader class for that coming so, what evs.

I still can't believe they are releasing that bloody awful looking Brawn toy. It looks stupid. I actually haven't given the Brawn a second look, so marveled have I been with Starscream. But I think you're right, it just looks, well, not good. Certainly doesn't look like Brawn.
