Titan Wars Blaster picture! snakas.blog95.fc2.com/blog-entry-4698.htmlGoogle Translate says Chinese fan site, to Actoys, image Rashiki Generations / Titan Wars blaster (broadcast) has been posted.
Source unknown. Previously, a shape that matches the line drawing that had been drawn on the signboard of the Hasbro booth of botcon, it is estimated that if not the lineup of new series Titan Wars to be deployed in 2016.
In the image, radio-cassette mode, you can see three forms of robot mode and the base mode. In addition, in the line drawing of botcon you can see that the head is a head master, but it can not be clearly confirmed in this image.

Blimey. This looks more like Micromasters. The cassette deck is naff but the base mode - I like this idea! That#s also a Blaster that looks like Blaster! instant win!

It's a manky picture but are there connectors of some description on the end of those ramps?

Possibly. But they could also just be part of the transformation to make the speakers.
Wow. I can't quite believe that. What an unexpected development.
Edit: I notice the news article on TFW points out all of this was in plain sight on the Botcon lineart boards, but I definitely hadn't joined the dots on that.

Is Blaster going to be 2 feet tall as a Titan, or an I misunderstanding Titan Wars?

You're misunderstanding Titan Wars.
Blaster will probably be a leader: look at the hands. Assume 5mm peg hole.
If there's a Titan sized TF in Titan Wars it will be the Fort Max remould of Metroplex we saw on the link on page 1 of this thread.

Now I want a two foot tall Blaster because then we could have life size cassettes that actually played!

Wow-a-rama! Titan Wars has suddenly bought some pants! (?)
Soundwave may be done like Blaster (prob a remold....).

I would hope for a nice heavy duty remould in the current fashion. Soundwave at that size needs more than just a new head and a different cassette door. This is all mad. Would you have believed anyone who said Hasbro's next step would include a Blaster who turns into a micromaster style base? These aren't curve balls, they're spirals of insanity!
So flipping exiting. I love this hobby. Sentient transforming robots for teh win!

Where did Blaster idea come from with the first part being Fort Max? He isn't really the first thing you think of. It looks a good toy & the repaints that can be done - unless the Buzzsaw toy somehoe connects to him (being Rewind)

We think the new tape Legends interact somehow with the Blaster. Buzzsaw is due around Christmas with the Combaticons, Rewind follows in Feb along with a few others.

We don't really think of Blaster when looking at headmaster - he does seem an odd choice if you don't look at Buzzsaw (we know we should get a Soundwave somehow to go with Buzzsaw & Blaster would turn out to be a repaint of him) Going back to the comics when Blaster & Fort Max where in the same panel - they looked different from each other, that they would have different design teams on the originals? (with G1 fort max being Transformers developed while Blaster is the reused lines) - but could Blasters pal Perceptor also be in the works with a base mode? They both paired up perfectly. I think we might get Blaster base mode connect to Maximus?

Ok..... I think I can see what you're getting at now Pete!
Evidentially from the Legends list there's going to be a lot of tapes this year so you can expect a Soundwave too, possibly as a Blaster repaint.
This Blasted is nothing to do with Fort Max toy apart from being in the same range, where they're bringing in new characters to be headmasters.
Yes I think the base modes might connect too.
As for the originals.... Blaster was originally a Micochange toy released in 1984(?) in Japan before Transformers.
Fort Max is a 1988 Transformers toy.
I've no idea if there's a common design team between the two!

Soundwave is not a surprise.
If we got a Blaster we would inevitably get him too.

Soundwave would need a base to connect to if Blaster connects to Fortmax. But we've not had any news on a con base mode - but we would expect Scorponok to go against Fort Max with being a character pair (like with Blaster/soundwave)

I fear that's the impossible dream. Given Hasbro is repaint central these days you can't help but wonder if Fort Max was already on the cards when they first designed Metroplex. They're going to have to find something to do with the Constructicons before we get any more juggernaut class toys. Nothing to stop them doing a Scorponok at leader size though, given the original was a tad smaller than Fort Max.
I'm actually thinking now I don't really want a Titan size Scorponok. Where the hell are all these big buggers going to live?

Early days yet, we didn't hear of Sky Reign and Leader Skywarp when Combiner Wars were announced.

If the toy came in a central section with 2 sockets for legs & removal tail. Tryticon - dino legs, tail, small dino arms, dino head Scorponok - use the same core base but make changes - dino legs turned in to pincers, tail removed & is head, small dino arms removed & replaced with mini legs, dino head removed & tail now changed to fold out legs.

It says five toys in the shot. But there are 6 Over kill & Hardehad to left (whats that nosecone style drill bit on his foot?). Blaster in middle with some extra bits to his back (right of pic) Animal one & headmaster head to right. But in front of Blaster looks like another figure legend size. Unless one of Blasters feet split with an arm sticking out? I'm guessing that could be Eject. I think Blaster is going to come with his action master partner
