No new missing Epics today, which is a shame after last week and because today would have been a great day to put the missing Avengers volumes out there. www.comixology.co.uk/new-comics/2019-04-25?lang=0The only new old trades from marvel are some bumper Ultimate books

The last few days have seen me playing with the Comixology archive function. What this does is remove books or series from your library and stores them in an archive only accessible through the web interface - www.comixology.co.uk/my-books/archive/_/btitleASC/1 but you'll need to be logged in first. Now for someone like me, who has "bought" every freebie going and has managed to acquire some comics as singles and trades, that means I can trim my library down into something a lot more manageable. Well worth looking at.

Things have been a bit thin on the ground sale wise while The Avengers sale has been on. But I suspect I know what's coming tomorrow or Friday as it's that time of year again.

Actually, I challenge Ralph to tell me why I should not have bought any of the above!
They were about the only trades in the sale that I didn't have or didn't have the majority of the contents of in another volume!

I've got the X-Men, Thor and New Mutants issues. Not X-Factor, Daredevil and Powerpack.
Probably would have been cheaper to buy the single issues I needed but I am trying to buy trades.
Tell the chums why I have bought the other volumes!

1000+ page length HC Omnibus volumes are really difficult and uncomfortable to read. This is true. Which is a shame, as they tend to be the highest quality format for comics. Martin

Indeed. They're fine up to 400-500 pages but after that they are just not easy to read due to the bulk/weight of them.
