Which begs the question, which nuts do you regard as being insensible? Well, Almonds, obviously! They look like tears... CRAZY TEARS!!!

I don't need this answer. You do. Think about it. You'll always be wondering. You'll always have that nagging worry that you don't know which nuts Shockprowl regards as silly.

Okay, so Gnaw's a purchase then.
And... will the Scraplet become this year's Hub must have? joining Thunderhoof and Gnaw?

I still have my Scraplet from that years Auto Assembly where some one dressed up as a swarm of them and let everyone keep one - I still class it as an actual toy in my collection. Anyone else still have one too?

That Alpha Trion looks half decent. But oh my word, that scout Prime is absolutely terrible in vehicle mode. What the FUCK is that?

He's very... Generations Legends looking...
Looks great though! Oh, dear God....
Errm, how large are these? Deluxish? Maybe I could just get one to be the 'Emperor Sharkticon'. Little'un would love that.

I think I'd make him the bruiser the bunch rather than the emperor. Genetically enhanced. The Incredible Gnaw. Or special weapons sharkticon.

The Cyberverse ones will be a new tribe from over the hills.

I'm pro'lly just gonna get one and only one of these as Gnaw, while all the other Takara and Hasbro legend gnaws are the sharkticon swarm. No one's an emperor or leader or a different tribe. Gnaw gets a name because he's just bigger.

I'm not an army builder these days, but I can't see how anyone could have a single Scraplet. Those should be like BotBot size and come in packs of eight.

Only one? But what happens if you saw a pile on clearance? Could you resist? -Ralph The likelihood of that happening is so remote that it can't even be factored in. In my area, shelfwarming TFs just... disappear, not clearanced. It does happen on rare occasions, like the recent G1 Hotrod reissue. Also, cyberverse gnaw is far less impressive to me than TR gnaw was. The troopbuilder appeal was price, subject, and how good it was.

I like the Gnaw. Looks like it is fun little toy to play about with. Not sure I am really feeling the Cyberverse line in the same way as I liked the nuRiD line in general though. There isn't a whole lot here that catches my attention. I think I might be suffering from Transformer fatigue a bit these days.
S'fine though - more money to potentially buy accessories for my existing toys, or by Gunpla and Gunpla parts... There are enough mecha-centric franchises that I can always take a rest and come back when my enthusiam returns. (Or I might hunt down some of the nuRiD Decepticons on the secondary market. I could still do with getting the dog-chelsea-tractor, and Nosetruck at the very least.

I could still do with getting the dog-chelsea-tractor, and Nosetruck at the very least. Karl I like Cyberverse as a whole infinitely more than nuRiD. NuRiD wasn't a terribly enjoyable show for me, it contributes to the disaster that is the Aligned continuity, and I'm not fond of the general visual style, or the nonsensical look of most of the "normal" bots. To me, they look like fan designs from a young fan who doesn't understand how transformers physically work. All that said, while I like the art style better for Cyberverse, the show being the first good show (for me) since TFA, and the toys have weeded out much of the garbage byproduct (nurid was so full of stepchangers, minicon tossers and crashbashers it was hard to find the good toys), I'll admit it isn't terribly exciting. NuRiD gave us a lot of fun new things, like lobster cars, moose tractors, and fursona decepticons. And decepticon prison ship. Cyberverse, until this spark armor, has not offered up anything actually new to the franchise. Either in the show, or in the toys. Until the spark armor toyline, it's just been retreading everything we've seen in various G1 and movie continuities. Sure, it's a decently written retread, but it's still just repackaging everything familiar. It's a nifty new art style, but save for Shadowstriker, Windblade, and now Skybyte, Cheetor, Lugnut, and Lockdown, all the designs are lifted straight from G1. And of them, only Shadow is actually new. And even she is an ultra obscure homage. So I imagine that's the reason why you can't get terribly excited by it. Every single part of it, whether it's plot or design, you can point at and know exactly where they got that from.
