SPACE-BRICK FLEET.
You know, with Shockwave, Soundwave, how ever many Reflectors...
Got a nice Space-brick fleet growing with the Siege line! Add in the likes of Gen Sixshot who I think fits the aesthetic, yeah.
I wonder... if you turn Megatron's tank mode upside down...

Only a small handful of Siege toys in a Smyths I visited today. The non-Rescue Bots shelf space for Transformers was tiny!

I'm tempted. Can be got for £45. But then that is the price of a Leader! Plus there's the whole ridiculousness of playing with a new toy precipitating the upgrade of a previous toy which I was perfectly happy with!

OK.... EE Now have a wave 3 Battlemaster set: 3 each of these, 2 of Firedrive www.entertainmentearth.com/product/transformers-generations-siege-battlemasters-wave-3-case/hse3431c So....back to the numbers list WFC Number ListWFC-S1 E3550 Fireblast WFC-S2 E3553 Lionaiser WFC-S3 E3551 Blowpipe WFC-S4 E3557 Race Car Patrol: Roadhandler & Swindler WFC-S5 E3560 Airstrike Patrol: Storm Cloud & Visper WFC-S6 E3558 Battle Patrol: Bigshot & Flak WFC-S7 E3520 Sideswipe WFC-S8 E3536 Cog (Gasket & Grommit - Weaponiser) WFC-S9 E3537 Hound WFC-S10 E3535 Skytread/Flywheels WFC-S11 E3541 Optimus Prime WFC-S12 E3543 Megatron WFC-S13 E3479 Ultra Magnus WFC-S14 E3576 Shockwave WFC-S15 E4486 Greenlight with Battlemaster WFC-S16 E3555 Pteraxodon WFC-S17 E3354 Aimless WFC-S18 E3561 Spy Action Patrol (Ravage & Laserbeak) WFC-S19 E3562 Rescue Patrol Redhot & Stakeout WFC-S20 E3539 Chromia WFC-S21 E3538 Ironhide WFC-S22 E4378 Sixgun (Weaponiser) WFC-S23 E3540 Prowl WFC-S24 E3544 Starscream WFC-S25 E3545 Soundwave WFC-S26 WFC-S27 WFC-S28 E4284 Jetfire WFC-S29 E4287 Omega Supreme with Countdown WFC-S30 E4494 Caliburst WFC-S31 E4495 Hammer (Smashdown) WFC-S32 WFC-S33 WFC-S34 WFC-S35 E4496 Red Alert WFC-S36 WFC-S37 WFC-S38 E4491 Springer WFC-S39 E4490 Thundercraker WFC-S40 E4522 Galaxy Upgrade Optimus Prime WFC-S41 WFC-S42 E4501 Impactor (fan vote) WFC-S43 E4500 Mirage (fan vote) WFC-S44 WFC-S45 WFC-S46 WFC-S47 WFC-S48 WFC-S49 WFC-S50 WFC-S51 ` WFC Numbers Not Known3 x Unrevealed Battlemasters E4492 Sports Car Patrol E4494 Road Patrol Patrol 4 x Unrevealed Micromasters E4497 Refractor (1/3 of Reflector) E4499 Brunt (Weaponiser) E4498 Barricade E?? ?? Wheeljack - seen on art E?? ?? Apeface E?? ?? Astrotrain E?? ?? Deluxe Ratchet E5563 Firestormer pack Slamdance + Sideswipe + ?? ?? E5564 Voyager Skywarp Battlepack You can see the numbers are grouped by wave and size, with the sizes going up in the wave. We know there's 51 toys from the Siege Decoder transformers.hasbro.com/en-us/teletraan1The missing 26 & 27 are probably the remaining two leaked battlepacks. We now know that there's no extra Battlemaster in w3. So 32-34 become Micromasters, confirming a 3 MM set w3 for them, and thus 3 Battlemasters and 3 MM in w4. The w3 Micromasters are PROBABLY E4492 Sports Car Patrol, E4494 Road Patrol Patrol and one unrevealed patrol, all of which I expect to see Sunday am in Melbourne. 35 & 36 are Brunt and Refractor 41 is probably Barricade, again probably in Melbourne on Sunday. 8 number left on the app, presumably for Siege year 1 toys. 3 of those are Micromaster Patrols, 3 are Battlemasters, 1 is Ratchet. Who's the last one? We know of Astrotrain, Apeface and a n other Deluxe for Siege year 2 w1. I suspect their numbers are beyond the current scope of the app. Lancer? SDCC exclusive?

I am not fond of the new trend of everything being numbered takara style. I don't like being reminded of how many toys I'm buying (siege) or how many i've missed (studio).
Or how much we know about, while we're still only on wave one! Makes me feel like the line is nearly finished.

Given the lines now seem to be four waves and done I think that's going to be inescapable unfortunately.

It does seem to be though, with a great many things, we know what's happening further and further into the future.
Not just TFs, my trade buying is already talking about stuff released autumn 2019

For me, the numbering system just highlights how many figures we know about in advanced.

I think we know now that Hasbro are doing with Siege what they did with the Studio Series - all the figures are in Sunbow scale regardless of the size class the toy is sold as. That's why the leaders are smaller. It means Siege becomes its own line separate to previous Generations figures, because they just don't go, but it means we don't have major incompatibilities like TR Soundwave & Megatron.

Yup. It's like they've started again from scratch. Madness really, even though I really like the line.
I was prepared for Soundwave and Starscream to be the same size as 'Leader' Shockwave, ie a smidge smaller than Megatron. It's.. not perfect... but nothing in Transformers ever is. It's close enough.

John Warden was quite clear at the Toyfair where Siege was revealed that the line is designed for Sunbow scale. It's not a secret. The information was out there before a single toy went on sale.

Would you look at that. Siege Micromasters are the same height as G1 Micromasters. It's almost as if someone actually thought about that. The Siege ones look right at home on Skyhopper's base.
So it's a case of modern articulation vs old fashioned robustness. Skyhopper may not be able to move his legs, but at least they don't pop off every time he turns into a plane.

Yes, I think you did. But at the time, Micromasters were something that happened to other people. Now I'm in the Micromaster club these things have become much more important.

I once thought Micromasters were something that happened to other people. Imagine my surprise when Micromasters happened to me. But I can manage Micromasters now thanks to daily doses of Siegalis. It doesn't have to be a stigma, anymore.
Micromasters happened to me. They'll happen to you. Siegalis.
(Siegalis is not for everyone. It is important to consult a collector first to find out if you have Micromasters, or Minicons. Do not use Siegalis if you are weak of heart. Siegalis does not cover Titanmasters. Siegalis has been known to cause spontaneous outbreaks of shockprowlosis. In severe cases of shockprowlosis, do not call for an ambulance.)
