IDToys have said on Facebook that their site is being attacked by an individual. Happened today with new Star Wars figures, and two weeks ago when the Endgame stuff went live.

Placed an order early doors. Realised straight away at 8:45am I had made a boo boo and paid with Paypal which has my old address. Emailed straight away to ask to change the shipping address on the order. No reply all day. DM sent on the Book of Face. Hopefully they'll get back to me!

Reply within 30 mins and sorted the problem, which was great. So when using ID I recommend DM'ing them on FB rather than emailing if you have an issue.

It'll be worth the hassle though; their site now runs at a speed approaching normal. Browsing their site has always been a pain because it's so slow but it's hugely improved today.

That's... not great. I've actually been wanting to cancel one of my pre-orders, too (after the Conjunx's agent at SDCC told us that they had in fact been able to get the exclusive Botbot pack), so I've been waiting for those to come back. But the Ratchet and tapes order going AWOL is also a concern. I'd assume that they'd have the pre-order stored in a database somewhere, but that comment does not soothe my concerns. Especially since it ends with "well if we've lost it you can re-order it maybe". Which is shite.

I was going to say check you email for the order number..... and discovered I hadn't had an order confirmation email last Friday!
I respondedThey used to, I can see an Order Recieved email dated this April in my Shopping mail folder!

'Hi [name removed], we have copies of the orders, there is no way we can get them back for you to visually check, but if you PM i can send a copy of what we have here.'

I think we should all be sending them an email then. But as I recently found out they don't reply to emails. It would be in their best interests as a business to email all customers about the server migration customers. Not all customers follow companies on FB or sift through all the customers. I certainly don't. I can imagine them getting grief from customers who don't follow them on FB so don't know why orders have vanished from their account pages. -Ralph

No, they seem rather dismissive.
I didn't get a confirmation email. I only know what my number for recent order is because I got it off the site (before it vanished) to send them a DM asking them to change the delivery date but I've got nothing to confirm *what* I've bought, when I paid for it etc. I've never had this problem with an online store before.
Will see how it goes. Other online stores are available if this continues.
