I shall shortly be feeling Shockprowl's pain, for today I finally relented. I'd been hovering on online orders for Omega Supreme for a while now, but in order Smyths and then Kapow went out of stock. In Demand had some, but when I refreshed the page they had only one left, and now... now they have none. For the last one is on its way to my parents' home, where it shall remain until Christmas Day. The waiting begins...

Youngest has not guessed yet, but she's been given no clues, because if you give her a clue she'd get it straight away, the smarty pants.
Drinking beer in the afternoon again. I like beer in the afternoon. I will drink beer in afternoon on my birthday, as I play with Omega Supreme. Yes, yes that's what I'll do.
I feel strangely at peace... I think I've reached a point where I'm savouring the anticipation, safe in the knowledge that my ordeal is nearly over.
