I'm so confused. How is it his arms appear thinner and shorter than the rocket?? I've just noticed the turnaround video answers this - the middle part of the rocket is on his back in robot mode. His arms are just the top and bottom bits of it. The rocket must split into four pieces. |

Look at the back of the robot in the turnaround - the top and bottom of the rocket have hollows the tops of the arms slot into, so they must come off, and the middle part of the rocket is in halves on his back. |

Ah, I see, right, so you're saying the bits on the back in robot mode pop off the rocket to reveal the upper robot mode arms inside, which clamp into that cylindrical gap by locking into the two big holes you've highlighted. Bloody hell, Phil, how did you work that out?!
