So if I read that right, we need to do something to power up the Borg.
Password hint refers to initialisation logs, which we couldn't read when the computer booted up:
The terminal screen flickers, logs scroll up the screen too fast for you to read as it initialises it's system. Then the screen goes blank briefly before showing the following prompt...

This is a Total Recall / Star Trek / Ghostbusters crossover. I hate gratuitous crossovers! pw hint: ¡¡ initialisation logs!! And Star Wars. Those first two i's are actually upside down exclamation marks. The font makes them look like i's. What the significance of that is I can't work out. Doesn't that mean emphasis or strong emotion in Spanish when you get exclamations either end of a statement? We haven't found or come across anything else that has unresolved puzzles at the moment, as far as I can remember. Somehow we need a username (unless it's just 'user') and to work out how the hint about initialisation logs gives us the password. Whether the password is in the logs that scroll too fast to read, or it's something else. But I can't see why the console would interact with us without us logging in first. When we examined the terminal we got: The terminal doesn't appear to have a keyboard or other physical input system.
There's a small green light in the bottom right corner under the display, at least it seems powered despite currently displaying a blank screen.And when we talked to it it woke up.The terminal screen flickers, logs scroll up the screen too fast for you to read as it initialises it's system. So if we're looking for Kreb in the city, maybe we're on Nebulos. This is all good deduction chaps; despite reading Cash and Carnage a few weeks ago I wouldn't have made the Mr K connection. So who is the 'SP' that left the note?
Mr K isn't who we are, Shockers, it's who we're looking for. SP has told us to look for Mr K.

Oh wait, right, so we're writing to ourselves in a Total Recall stylee as Martin suggested. I get it.
Man, this mega crossover bit is confusing. I'm more into working out the puzzles using the info we have. Right, so if we needed to know Ghostbusters to solve the last puzzle, was there anything to do with info terminals and logs in Total Recall? I can't remember it that well.
Maybe the username we need is Shockprowl then.

Ok. It appears to have booted up but not given us the message about the logs this time. Which tells us we need to solve this log problem from the current screen and not as they scroll when it boots up. Hmm. Why would it talk to us when we're not logged in?
Let's go for Martin's walk unless Blue wants to guess some passwords.
