I realized that since Siege Mirage's chest is fake, that with some retooling that he could then work as most of the F1 characters (GIVE US A SLAPDASH REMOLD)
So I was going over Wiki's list of F1 TFs, and two things stand out-
1) Not surprisingly, Hasbro really needs to step off Mirage as their go-to F1 character, and
2) It's really kinda surprising that Prowl turns up more than once.

Which thread was it that Urzu posted that picture of all his Classics mould Mirages? I'm trying to find a picture that has both the Henkei colours and the Autobot Specialist pack version.

I just realized that the Classics, Specialist 3 pack and Henkei versions all have different paint jobs and I was looking for a photo to compare. |

I'd forgotten about the speacialist 3 pack.
Yeah they seemed to like doing new paint schemes for any reuse of the classic moulds. You'd think after a while they just do a simple rerelease.

Found a video with these specialist chaps in. I see the paint is nicely metallic on them, which doesn't really show in the pictures. The Hound looks really nice, less G1 accurate than the Henkei one, but really nice in its own right. I was sniffing about for a Henkei Mirage, but I think I might go for the Specialist one instead.
