You haven't lost him already? No, just kidding. I did lose one of my researchers this morning though.

Did you cause confusion by posting in week 20 after week 21 had started?

Could be doing a little better this morning. Just don't feel right. Standing and walking proving difficult.

No, merely a small slap on the wrist/hit of the smite button for causing confusion. No more or less than I would administer to anyone doing the same thing.
Unfortunately, together with other crimes, it did tip Burns over the edge.
Unfortunately, II, someone has chosen to copy him leading to a thread lock and enablement of falling.

Many times have conversations in previous week threads been continued in the next week on that same thread.
Phil's legendary memory has failed him or his lust for the Hub Throne has gone to his head!

Indeed, and in those cases we allow some latitude or move the conversation to it's own thread.
Continuing a week for the sake of it however....

I do often wonder what it would be like to be a forum newcomer and have to try to figure out just what the eff is going on.

I hear tale that the sinister Burns has begun his march South. Will he be able to bring his bannermen to his aid in overthrowing Phil and claiming the Hub Throne?

He'll be sat on my throne in 11 days time. I fear the worst, especially as we're having a curry.
You joining us on the first here in Pig Hill Blueshift?

I do often wonder what it would be like to be a forum newcomer and have to try to figure out just what the eff is going on. It's quite simple, all the general talk goes in the thread for that week. Which is why the thread runs Monday to Sunday. If a conversation runs over we'll let it run, unless it looks likes continuing for a while, when it gets spun off to it's own thread If it's Burns mucking about, Randomly replying to a post at 6pm on a Monday well that's a different matter!

I'm not sure it's the weekly thread that they'd find confusing.

Many times have conversations in previous week threads been continued in the next week on that same thread. Exactly. They often naturally continue for a day or so past 'the end'. No need to lock threads or smite just because a reply post was made as usual. -Ralph

New glasses arrived today after a month, sent them right back. Asked for transition lenses and they were just brown right out of the case, not very helpful. Now to wait another month for more

Not comfortable tonight.
Pain is .,.. Not high, but there in th background. Slightly gripes tummy. Had to make two trips downstairs for hot water - broke the bedroom kettle Tuesday - so lI can have some tea,
I think the main problem is the brain just got flicked to on just as I should have been dropping off. Ah well.

Trip to town this morning to try to get another Blowpipe. #fail. More worryingly the legs were VERY unhappy. I had to have the car driven to me to be rescued. Most worrying

Rather thrown this morning - and worried - by discovering I've been overpaid this month.
Now there's always a tiny bit of variation around now, new tax year etc. But £1400????????
I await my payslip's arrival at lunch time with interest.....
This could cause problems with the DWP, so I'd like it sorted ASAP. ASAP won't happen as it's a bank holiday. :-(
