Alongside that admission that they just don't bother quality testing their Masterpiece figures it's starting to seem that Takara doesn't have much of a clue as to what they're doing any more...

It was obviously a fake (or bit of fan made fun) as that box design usually has a Legacy logo rather than a similar one that says Armada instead.

It's been over three years now since this was revealed... and then cruelly snatched away from us. I can remember when it was because I was on holiday in New Zealand at the time, and to be there and have this revealed was quite the thing. It's a shame it all turned out to be lies. Well, aside from Star Convoy. But still, some lies. Lies...

There was some discussion in the latest Toy Armada with Aaron Archer about how Hasbro would be looking to celebrate Armada's 20th, so... Maybe?
I mean there's Hotshot there too and if the molds exist for Prime, unless they really wanted to reduce manufacturing costs with a simpler mold, why would they go to the trouble?
