Oh yeah. For a goood long while, it was easier and cheaper to get a flash lioconvoy, than a real one.
These two have such a limited appeal, I'm surprised they're doing burning.

Well they've done toy colours, so what else would they re-use this mold for? Apart from all-black Primal, which I'm sure will happen at some point. But I'm sure that with a little re-molding they could re-use the core of the figure as a Beast Machines Primal. The only question being: How much of an impact did that make in Japan? I know they eventually got the series as Beast Wars Returns, but I don't get the impression that it made... an impression.

It wouldn't happen, but a reddish brown repaint/retool (Mammalian red, not optimus prime red).
New beast mode chest to get rid of the pot belly. New Beast feet, new beast face. New weapons, including a branch club.
Bam. Sasquatch. Duel homage to Universe Primal.
Maybe new head, as Beast Wars Strika ( as a nod to the supposedly female squatch in the Patterson footage)

I remember the Burning Convoy figure is sought-after as it looks cool, and the Flash Lio Convoy basically rotted on shelves and was more common than the actual Lio Convoy figure for a decade after, as it looks nearly identical to it as pearl and gold look similar to white and yellow
