I wonder why the neck guard is removeable? Did he not have it in the cartoon or something?
The instructions show that he combines with ASTROTRAIN.

Only gone to Scorpion mode so far, but good squishy. Some fun with he root legs I didn't expect and I'm not 100% sure about the clips that hold the tail in place. The head guard being purple had annoyed me - was clear on the original - but I can see why now as the head turns to form Scorpion mode and the guard covers some unsightly bits

I am puzzled why the head guard is made to pop off on pegs though rather than stuck on with screws.

It does keep popping off on mine too. Yes - there is no reason for it to be removable at all. If it could be used as a hover board for Zarak fair enough, bit it doesn't.

I have found he can hold the original Scorponok's gun. Yes, it looks smaller but it's still a weapon. It also fits in the same place in shopping center mode, creating extra towers just like the original too.
