The stress is obviously on the "am", because as I recall Jazz has just accused Galvatron of being _like_ Megatron, and Galvatron's correcting him - I'm not _like_ Megatron, I _am_ Megatron.
A stress on the "I" would only make sense if Jazz had just accused someone else of being Megatron. (No, _Cyclonus_ isn't Megatron. _I_ am Megatron.)
