I bought the latest Transformers comic in a hospital WH Smiths a few hours ago and have just opened the cover-mounted 'Action Master' Cyberverse Shockwave. The leg fell off.

Zero. Admittedly, the year has only been running for less than two days, so there is still time for this to change. :-)

I saw one in a Smyths... recently... (I don't remember when now - I've been in too many different places over far too short a time) ...and it looked terrible in the box. But the confirmation is appreciated. :-)

I generally quite like the simple chunky 'kiddy' toys (my problem is usually the stupidly high price points rather than what they are) but this is just crap. Not fun to fiddle with and the gimmick isn't very good. It will form part of my Shockwave army but for £30...I was robbed!

We're off the mark: The count stands at THREE because moments later this arrived too: I've also got a spare Pteraxodon courtesy of the Rung/Singe set that needs moving on....

2: Scraplet #2. 3: Scraplet #3.
Yearly total: £38.99
Half-price in Tescopolis so I decided my lone Scraplet needed a couple of buddies.

That must remain Pinwigged until tomorrow! Nothing to do with me! I am sorry, Champ', but it's a name association I could never remove from my mind, not after all our years of battle on the subject. The fact that M is a worse pinwigger than The Pinwig himself is a matter for the Gods amusement now...

Oh I seeeeee. Well I suppose I do still have a large number of unopened figures. I'm so preoccupied trying to get my 89 Micromasters into a pleasing arrangement I haven't opened Omega yet.

I have bought Impactor downstairs (again) for another attempt at opening him. He has been down for three days now.
Tomorrow I may be opening a sofa bed and some shelf extensions instead.

Omega needs dedicated time though. It's a big expensive toy. You can't just go randomly opening willy-nilly like it's some two bit deluxe.
