ER Starscream is literally what Ive been asking for for a decade or so. Im not even mad that its coming out less than 4 months after I picked up all 6 Seige tetrajets. I am glad though that the physical toy got revealed right away because the renders make the torso look way more boxy than it is. If Id only seen the render I'd be cranky that they got so close and then mucked it up. Somewhat like I am about Prime and his grey hands. Prime's grey hands really annoy me. Given I already own several good Optimus toys that may be the deal breaker for me. -Ralph |

I don't mind these things when it might not can be helped (like the big white blocks on ricochet), but this is obviously not such a case. And you just know there will be other releases that fix this, so now I'm thrown into doubt about buying the first release at all. |

Even I admit that beforehand the shade changes were too nominal. But now that he finally has his trailer, there's enough there to make it worth while.

As Roller is missing from the new Prime, I wonder if he'll be sold separately with a robot mode/weaponisers ala Sixgun and Co. If Roller was a Weaponiser I would lose my shit! It's okay, I'm sure we'd be able to help you sniff it out. But... actually... I'm kinda okay with that. I mean, yes, I'd love Roller to have an IDW-esque robot mode. But if they do something new and different with him, like make him a weaponiser (which would make sense 'cos, y'know, he *is* an accessory to a larger figute), then that's exciting. So he'll be a retool of Cliffjumper, of course. |

The comparison pics make it clear how much of the lower leg is reused: quite a lot! Given that the legs seem like they have to work completely differently from an engineeribg standpoint, I'd assumed that the detail similarities came from using the same source material. I was wrong. |
