Stressful start to the week as once again this year events continually conspire against me. No wonder I'm going grey.

Bah. Ralph, I'd rather go grey than go thin.

Hehehehe!!! I wonder if there'll be a new government ad campaign showing us all how our units add up over the week without us realising it.

Is this what you Scots call 'tossing the caber'?

Yes indeed.
In other news, gave blood this afternoon and my goodness I felt it. Thus, I felt justified in taking not 1, not 2, but 3 biscuits afterwards!

Alright then, who smited me?

Alright then, who smited me? If it had been me, I'd have smote rather than smited. But I suspect your missing karma is in that pint of blood you donated. After a long day yesterday (train to London, 6-hour meeting, train back to Cardiff), I knocked off at 3.15 this afternoon. Lovely. Even lovelier, I bumped into the nice old lady whose house is at the bottom of my garden, sitting outside with her very friendly dog, and since the weather was good offered to take it for a walk in the nature reserve just round the corner from where I live. Very, very pleasant way to spend three quarters of an hour. Must remember to do it more often, since the dog has lots of energy and the nice old lady doesn't. But... hay-fever now. Must stay inside with windows closed. Dammit. Martin

I rather foolishly forgot to call upon the Hub's channeling before tonight's race. The Hill of Tarvit five miles.
Sick three times, numerous stitches and the hill was fucking huge. I've never felt so much pain on a run in my life.

Feel alright this morning but that was the closest I've come to quitting during a run.

Almost back to normal now. Still a little queasy but okay.
Taken from the website:
"This will be the 19th Hill of Tarvit event. NOT a hill race but an up and down multi-terrain route. Held over a scenic course along bridle-paths, road and footpaths (Graham's words, not mine!)"
LYING BASTARD!

Finally got around to getting my keyboard and touch pad replaced. My Macbook Pro is now working. I can type without the T going missing. Wonderful.

It's something to aspire to. I feel I must quote Villa on this matter "I intend to live forever. Or at least die trying"

Nice going Nick I am getting back in the ring tommorrow for a training seminar in Wales. The session is being run by former WWE star Scotty 2 Hotty. It is going to hurt because it has been over a year since I've done any wrestling activity whatsoever. I just hope it all comes back to me and there isn't a lot of rust to work off.

Was out with Uni mates last night, which was fine. Had a bit too much wine though. Urgh.
