Considering a certain communication received later, very glad I made that call earlier! Still, it has helped make an upcoming choice clearer.

Morning All,
Wednesday today!
Tuesday didn't go too bad till the groceries arrived at which point my head had a big wobble. Physically wasn't too bad either but later on in the day I found myself rather wobbly.
Zoom church home group tonight.
Pray my head makes it through today OK, that the ends of the Sinusitis go - had a little grief during the night after a good day - for our continued protection and for me not to impact negatively on Liz & Jonathan.
Stay safe and well

Morning All!
Thursday: I never could get the hang of Thursdays.......
Wednesday: mixed. All sorts of head stuff. I finally got to open my wave 3 Seacons, delayed in Hong Kong for six weeks, which felt very odd. I broke the charging cable and damaged the socket on my new laptop which was very annoying. And the day just wore me down as it went on. Homegroup last night was good.
Need to ring Doctor about drugs today,
Please pray for a good day, continued protection and safety.
Have a good day, stay safe & well

It was a surprise. The weekly Beano comes via Royal Mail and goes in the post box. Apparently they use Hermes for the Specials!!!

Morning all,
Friday.
Thursday went OK, bar some worry when food came in the house. Need to work on that.
Today should have been haircut day but Liz tweaked her back this morning - pray that gets better.
My head has been racing ahead of itself today - pray it calms down and I cope with the day.
Hope you're all OK. Take care - stay safe & well.

Phone consultation booked with mental health service on Tuesday. Just looking for some advice with how to deal with anxiety caused by That Job. Quite surprised how quickly it's come through. I only did the self-referral last week.

In a bit of self-inflicted pain.
Picked up the bass for the first time in a while. Forgot how heavy an Explorer is, and the fingertips have long since lost any calluses. Battered away for an hour, could barely remember how to play any songs. Still, saw a little progress as I went along and I'd forgot how much fun it was to knock out Enter Sandman.

In a bit of self-inflicted pain. Switched on the piano yesterday just to muck about and see which voice sounded best playing the Beverly Hills Cop theme. Will get round to re-learning proper pieces... eventually. Opened the curtains at 7 this morning to see the street lined with green bins. Strange, I thought, dressing hurriedly. What do my neighbours know that I don't? Our bin day is Wednesday and they're not collecting garden waste currently. But sure enough, before I could button up my shirt, I heard the sound of something big approaching, and rushed out to wheel my own bin to the pavement, earning a chuckle from the driver. First garden waste collection of the year! Martin

Morning,
This Is Saturday, Wear A Smile!
Friday..... OK ish. Up and down a bit during the day. As I mentioned yesterday Liz had a small fall while out walking which hurt her back a bit, so keep praying there isn't repercussions from that. She's been carrying a frozen shoulder for a few weeks she could use some relief from too!
Today .... some education stuff for J, rare for a Saturday, plus TMUK Zoom meet tonight.
Pray for our continuing safety and protection please. We've also had a round of breaking things which, together with some of our appliance nearing the end of their life, has started to weigh on my mind - replacing and fitting a washing machine now or changing a tap would not be ideal.
Have a good Saturday, stay safe and well.

My head just dropped for 20 minutes and I've come back up shaking like a leaf.
100% not a fan of that.

Sudden agonising pain in hand where I got an injury a year ago. It had been getting better in last 1-2 months but suddenly rebooted to zero with no warning. My head then went to a very bad place and it was game over for the day.
