Annoying but hopefully also a big relief. You've got the kind thoughts coming your way anyhow.

Diagnosis helpful and also not helpful. I now can't do the exercises that were making a big difference to my longer term issue. I'd already felt an increase in that due to having to cut back on the new exercises. Bummer all round.
Had I been allowed to speak to GP at 1st request 3 weeks ago I could have been spared much chest pain as I was carrying on with exercise regime with no idea of the injury.
Good gp today though overall deeply unimpressed with surgery care. Re-registering elsewhere in September anyway!
Video call on Sat to physio for advice.

In better news I passed the last essay of current OU course. The June exam is cancelled so it finishes with tutorial on the 30th of May instead.
Module result not due until July 21st. The exam would have been 40% of the mark so to work out your overall score the OU are, er, going to guess what it would have been based on what people in the last three years got in their exams. Um.
Still, this will bring my credits to Diploma level. 2 more years until I reach Degree level. It begins again on...September 9th!
The OU is good. With the Current Circumstances and my health issues, the OU and my fianceè are my only anchors.

I did not get on with the OU. I suspect I don't have the brain for distance learning. This last year of being in the studio has been a much better time.
Glad it's working for you, Doc!

At FIFTH time of asking FINALLY got to see a GP. The 'practitioners' I had previously spoken to said it was a heart attack or anxiety or indigestion. Funnily enough, 30 seconds in front of an actual Doctor was enough to work out I have pulled or strained probably the intercostal muscle. Nowt can be done but thinking kind thoughts and time. Turns out the 'practitioner' who had previously told me I might have had a heart attack was completely wrong about basic anatomy. Would have saved wasting A&E's time recently. -Ralph Fucks sake. Glad you at least know what it is, even if it does sound painful.

Morning All!
It's Friday!
Yesterday was a real uppy downy day a I recovered from what threw me Weds and dealt with some challenges Thursday presented to my head, notably the taking out of the bins.
Today.... woken early and quite achy, weather, so decided to get up a bit early. GP due to ring to review Sertaline this morning. There's also getting in of the bins which stresses me even more. Let's see what gets lost this time....
Pray head copes OK with day, Doctor & Bins go well, the Sinuses cope, I spend the day sensibly and we stay safe, well & protected.
Have a good day - hope you're all safe & well

We have decided Ralph will not be carrying any shopping for a while. Last night's milk run may not have helped.

Morning All!
This is Saturday, Wear A Smile.
Friday.... mixed, tending to could of gone better. Drugs review went fine, Sertaline now on repeat. Against that the teen was trying which led to an exchange of views which led to a fall on the floor which has left me bruised and shaken and did my head in. I'd never quite got my head round our downstairs wooden floor being 100% virus free.
Pray I cope better with today physically and mentally and relationships in the house are OK - stroppy teen has already bitten at being reminded to wash his hands before eating even though he had blatantly forgotten. Pray for our continued protection from the virus.
Have a good day and stay safe & well.

Morning All!
Sunday, Praise The Lord!
Saturday was a slog physically, weather and a few other things turned it into a challenge. It was also probably the worst day for the sinuses for a month or so.
Church this morning.
Pray I do better physically today, the sinuses behave and for our continued protection from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.
