Sorry, Champ. My RTS Jazz was superb. Very nice solid toy. But, yeah, he's MASSIVE. Far too big for the... modern collection. I'm clinging on. Jazz at the back with Prime in the original Jazz/Prime/Ratchet/Hound/Mirage/Bluestreak/Sideswipe septet is okay... It's okay... It's good. Especially if you use Classics Mirage as he's that bit taller. It's good. We're all good. Sssshhhhhhhh. *strokes Pinwig's head* Yes, yes it is ok. Yes. Ssshhhhhhhhh. *Grimaces at camera* |

Got every use of the mould except for Henkei. (I think)
No issues with any either.
They arent going anywhere. Even if Jazz doesnt fit a potential 84-86 line up as well as SS86 Jazz.

Jazz looks great!
The Great Traitor and his poor man's Ironhide look sufficiently awful.
But if this line allows me to dance and flit along the Dinobot Road with gay abandonment then it can shit out as many sinful Movie figures as it likes!

I've worked out why Hot Rod doesn't work for me.
His car is front heavy. He should be all front end with just enough rear to hang the spoiler on. But it's not, it's a 50/50 split between car front and rear. Maybe his canopy is too short, maybe it's the engine cover, but it does not look right.

I've worked out why Hot Rod doesn't work for me. His car is front heavy. He should be all front end with just enough rear to hang the spoiler on. But it's not, it's a 50/50 split between car front and rear. Maybe his canopy is too short, maybe it's the engine cover, but it does not look right. Too right. It could be a trick on the eyes on account of the split in the car bonnet, but either way, the car balance is way off. |
