For the best really.
Arguably the worst superhero film of the modern post Blade era.

Mmmmmmmm........ DC has put up some stiff competition recently. Man of Steel I accept is probably a better film, but I find it completely unwatchable. I might put Suicide in if I come across it and am suitably bored.
And then there is Fan4stic.
Yeah I gotta give it to the 4stic.

Thor: The Dark World remains the low point of modern comic book films, for me.

Certainly by far the worst of the MCU, but still more watchable than anything where Henry Cavill is playing Superman.

I take great pride in seeing Green Lantern retroactively becoming one of the better DC Superhero movies due to Zack Snyder and co.

Teen Titans Go to the Movies was brilliant.
And I love that that was almost Stan Lee's last cameo. His second to last cameo was a DC movie.

John Cena is born for comedy. Pitch perfect and you can see how the Peacemaker series was commissioned.

Most of the outtakes from Bumblebee, are of him clowning around. He's a genuinely funny person.

I have now seen Shazam. It was fun, unlike most modern DC cinema releases.
I think I'm up to date with DC now, excluding alternate versions of certain films.

Nailed it. Finally, DC! Finally!
First DC superhero ensemble movie to have me rooting for the team in the way every Avengers film to date has done.
Excellent.
And lesson for the day: Harley Quinn does not need rescuing.

Saw both Black Widow and The Suicide Squad for a second time just to be sure in my mind which is the best superhero film of the year so far, 'cos they're both good, but The Suicide Squad is better. It's too good to be a DC movie! The only thing I'm still mulling over is what the moral of the rat thing is. OK, so rats are our friends. If you mind-control them. Just as Ant-Man taught us to think of ants as our friends. If you mind-control them. OK.
Poor Milton. Martin

I didn't realise there was a The Suicide Squad thread. I would have posted here how great it is.
So I'll just reiterate that it is. It's one of those films that sticks in my mind long after I've watched it. I recently downloaded two of the wonderful music pieces from Itunes that are just superb.
Martin will no doubt know from which two scenes they are from.

Ooh. 'Suicide Squad' on ITV2 at 9pm tonight. Having just seen 'The Suicide Squad' twice, and with my memory so hazy of 'Suicide Squad' which I just saw once in the cinema, I have a morbid curiosity to stick it on for comparison purposes...

I wonder if title confusion has affected the low box office. Jen was convinced it was on Netflix and was very confused when I tried to explain that 'Suicide Squad' and 'The Suicide Squad' with similar logos are two different films.
