I can never rule in power if the window is open and I feel wind on my bum. Just can't do it. Others disagree.
This question has arisen as I haven't had a toilet with open windows since 2009.

I always poo with the window open. I am a very hot person generally. It's true I have been occasionally worried by the odd bee or fly, but mainly I like the cool breeze on my butt.
