I know what you're like, cost it first and ensure you can cover the production costs as well as the charity share. Something like that would be nice perhaps as a hardback book - fifth anniversary best of collection? Hardback would be too expensive (I did have that idea as an 'annual') Hardback would be approx £7 a unit, paperback approx £3.50/4 (and you'd want to double the cost to make it worthwhile for charity)

£14 for an annual style hardback doesn't sound too bad...

£14 for an annual style hardback doesn't sound too bad... It doesn't, BUT that means the quantity needed would be 100 and you'd need enough people to be interested. Also I am very much fixated on getting quality stuff in people's hands for cheap. That said, there's plenty of time, if I can make it work as a hardback I will but I'm aiming for paperback at the moment (if it does happen that is!!)

Could always do a limited hardback run of course (all this is far in the future, Brexit might sink any hope of cheap UK printing anyway!!)

I haven't been to any of these conventions, but what about Another Time & Place, the Battle Unicorn book and all that Daily Straxus type stuff? Martin I'm trying to keep it to stuff that was specifically Toy-Fu/TMUK convention related though I guess I could expand the scope. The Battle Unicorn book was a TFN thing though rather than TMUK (andy's been keen to draw a line between the two)

2009 and 2010 were both sold at the TMUK table - which was beside Toy-Fu in the Holiday Inn.
ATAP/Daily Straxus were sold by me separately as by then I was on editorial duties to start with, but then grandfathered back in with the Forge stuff.
Battle Unicorn book was a TFN project - commissioned by me in my TFN role (profits going to marys meals of course, but it's a TFN thang).

I'm certain we had some of the 2010 stuff on the toy fu stall as I seem to remember that vividly! Maybe I'm going crazy, it was 9 years ago!
Would be good to at least get some of the other TMUK stuff covers in there if you're ok with that Andy (as I think they're all yours!)

Aye.
The Middle Years was done by Ralph and myself for the AA magazine. I plan on remastering that myself in the new year.

your content output is upping yearly matt What's missing is the middle period where most of our output was via the AA mag, so while it looks like we did lots of stuff and then it dropped off, it didn't really

This might not be the version you get on the zine cover. I'd originally done it digitally completely. However, I wanted to do an inked version so printed the lines out and inked away. This A3 piece will be available to bid on as part of Rob Coy's annual The Lenten Experiment - to raise money for Cancer Research. Whatever the winning bid is, I shall match the amount and donate to Mary's Meals. Can't say fairer than that! Andy
