Nor charges.
This case is a waste of the Hub's time and I move the instigator be made an example of.

Guilty. RATCHET could have easily repaired Brawn and then Prowl and then Ironhide before trying to shoot down those Decepticons. He instead, let his attention waver as he glanced over at Ironhide getting shot resulting in him getting shot in the gut himself and dying. This error meant that the Decepticons then invaded Autobot City, killed Optimus Prime which then resulted in the proceeding events that led the Autobots to meet Wheelie and bring him home.
Guilty on all charges!

Well would you want Laserbeak *in* your chest? Clearly INNOCENT.

The evidence was not clear!
Ratchet was clearly being assaulted! The only autobot who routinely beat Megatron (granted that's exactly not a tall task, but Ratchet was the only autobot who could do it consistently), Ratchet deserves nothing but our respect!
He already has to suffer the humiliation of constantly being given the wrong head.

I do remember an episode of the cartoon - Desertion of the Dinobots - in which Soundwave was inexplicably hiding in cassette deck mode in the back of Ironhide, and Blaster was also conveniently there in cassette deck mode, and Soundwave ejected Ravage, and Blaster grabbed Ravage's tail, and Soundwave transformed and escaped, and Ironhide complained about Blaster fighting Ravage inside him. Anyone have any idea how that situation came about?
I love how Ironhide appears unaware that two Decepticons just popped out of him until Blaster tells him.

He already has to suffer the humiliation of constantly being given the wrong head. Worse things have happened to Ratchet's head in hotel rooms late at night.

PINK ENERGON! Andu's attempts to destroy Ratchet with pink energon proves his guilt. Surely Andu would not attack an innocent Autobot?

Ratchet is a VICTIM of 'The Movie' like many other GREAT characters who by their concept and existence MADE The Transformers a SUCCESS. Only to be callously SWEPT AWAY to make room for LESSER characters.
RATCHET IS NOT GUILTY.

There have been two crimes committed here, both involving Ratchet... But in both cases Ratchet is THE VICTIM!
Ratchet has been judged on a work of complete fiction! A fantasy called "The Movie!" We all know the only true account of G1 was told in the Marvel Comics! To judge someone on work of fiction is a sham!
And the second crime committed against Ratchet is the disgrace of being forced to have the wrong colored head!
Ratchet, as ever, hero of G1, is innocent! It's Doc who is GUILTY!
