Quick question - are the Korean Sonokong Transformers generally considered to be the same quality as the Takara originals? They're not like KO quality?

If you have both in hand you might be able to tell the difference, (Im not sure, I havent tried) but Ive never had an issue with the quality.

Wrong thread, but quick question - are the Korean Sonokong Transformers generally considered to be the same quality as the Takara originals? They're not like KO quality? They are exactly the same. -Ralph

I've had a few Sonokong releases, starting with Big Convoy, and they've always been fine.

I've got a few too, BB & Starscream, Big Convoy, a few Neo toys, and a few of the Brave, Death Garrygun and Captain Shark, and they've all been fine.
The only major problem I recall is an upside down Autobot symbol on Brave Max

Sonokong's quality is not universal. I have Starscream & BB and they're okay (but still less than other versions of the mold). But I also have Break and Deadend, and their quality is dollar store knock-off level.
And according to TFWiki, this seems to be the norm. Some releases are identical to Takara's quality, some are lesser but still "just fine," but others are just abysmal. I don't think it's a pot luck with individual releases, though? Like "this sonokong big convoy is fine, but this next one is trash."
