I don't think it'll be toy colors. Because Terrorsaur and I think Blackarachnia both specifically are called out as toy deco.
But of course, neither Kup or Cliffjumper were said to be toon deco.
But Dinobot is the rarer figure of Kingdom. He's the only voyager outside of Blaster I've yet to see in the wild. A straight reissue makes sense.
But so does a toy deco, seeing as they have the toy head.
I think a Fox Kids deco is the least likely possibility, though that would make an effective "Nemesis Dinobot"

Someone on Twitter (I think) pointed out that "Buzzworthy Bumblebee" is essentially now the "Universe" line - which makes a lot more sense to think of that way. (To me, anyway.)
