No. Phil's just hoovering up old redundant posts because they're useful sometimes for keeping things in order. You can't reorder posts if you want a specific one at the top of a thread, but you can move an old post in that predates the thread and it'll automatically go first. Then you can just put new words in it.

How do you do it anyway? It won't let a blank post be posted. the bank posts would have had stuff in them originally, but Phil deleted that so they're empty ready to be reused. Old tweets no longer on twitter he said. In a way, those are ghost posts. Empty shells of what once was. We'll never know what was in them originally. Only Phil does... |

I have had them dated back to 2007 Thread has been there at least 5 years and has been VERY useful at times when, say, Phil's needed an extra section in the what's released thread |

There has only ever been one blank posts thread, with posts moved in, when found, and out, when needed.
It has been there for 5 ish years.
