I mean it's nice that they're letting us know up-front what the variants are going to be, so that we can save money if we want to. Interesting that this is the direction they might be going in with Masterpieces for now, given that Reboost isn't Sunbow-based at all... We'll see how long this lasts, I guess...

Ah, no, fair point. Not ever having owned a Skids I thought that the faceplate version of his head that sometimes appeared in the comics was the actual toy version, but apparently not. I lounge corrected.

This guy is Skids with the Matrix of Leadership! I would get this guy and have him be the new Prime! But not Skidimus Prime because that sounds horrible. Rodimus got away with it...not sure why...Ultra Magnus didn't need to become Ultramus nor did they say Ultra Prime...Rodimus should have been Fire Prime or something...but...Skids as Autobot leader would just be "The Prime".
