Morning All!
It's Monday: 2021 Week 13! Welcome to British Summer Time!
Yesterday: Long and busy, Possibly a bit too much going on. Liz did her back, I had a fall and hurt mine, AGAIN in both cases :-(
Today: Liz's Birthday - I won't say how many but the closest DW episode to her birthday is a part of the Space Pirates! She'd planned to meet some people outside now it's allowed but the back's out paid to that so instead she'll be at the physio and it'll be Chinese Takeaway for tea.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.

Why has "Fresh air" only now been added to "Hands, face, space"?
Fresh air has been my top anti-Covid measure from the start, whether that be when it comes to mode of travel, exercise, maintaining mental health or meeting people socially.
Plenty of space indoors is measure number 2 in my book, with hand sanitising whenever available to back up measures 1 and 2.

I was in my birthday suit in the loo, facing the open window and in full stream when an unexpected man suddenly appeared at it and began to clean.

Did... Did he say anything to you? Did you say anything to him?
"Morning, lovely day for it." or something?

I was very surprised as we don't have window cleaners. I retreated to the office and there was a man at that window too.

Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray we stay protected from the virus.

Excitement abounds. As it is now legal to meet outside again in England, we are having two friends over for a socially distanced outside BBQ later. This will be my first socialising outwith a computer screen for over a year and the first time I will have spoken to anyone face-to-face other than Jen, a GP and supermarket staff in over 6 months.

Morning All!
It's Thursday! Also April 1st - 1/4 of the year gone already!
Yesterday: All went fine till lunch then a whole load of stuff just ate whatever energy we had away. Phones, visitors, parcels, deliveries. I at least got some sleep in the afternoon which was better than Liz did but she was cream crackered, and in some pain with her back, by the evening and retired hurt to bed early. How I made it through Homegroup I don't know! Lots of new dates from Hachette for the Epic collections, including a real surprise from one title we were not expecting! About half way through the dates for the Sep-Dec releases and then it's onto descriptions, contents & covers.
Someone asked me in Homegroup how I'd been sleeping. Well, I said, and joked I'd probably be up till 2am..... which I then was. Brain wopuldn't turn off, gurgly tummy, odd spasms in neck and face feeling bad. And then I woke at five!
Today: Achy, Sides are painful, not moving well. Liz's last lesson of term. Food due to arrive. And hopefully not a lot else!
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray body improves and can do what I need it to today. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.

BBQ went well and I coped fine until near the end and my head started to cave in. Think the length of time was a head stretch too far at this time. Overall very nice to see people though and it was nice to cook for folk again.

Gave up.
Will watch the recording later.

Morning All!
It's Good Friday
Yesterday: A struggle from start to finish. Not enough sleep followed by a challenging day. Something vital left out our Asda order that I might have to get someone to source for me. Shopping coming in wore my head and I just felt tired with no stretch all day. Got a bit busy in the afternoon as Hachette started putting up contents for the forthcoming Epics, which enabled us to confirm a very exciting and unexpected piece of book news.
Today: Leading 8am. Had a very clear idea of what to do overall this morning for a while. Teching morning meeting. And hopefully stopping and resting.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.

Buffering issue with Maundy Thursday Mass livestream was not a problem at my end. First ten minutes of recording unwatchable. I wish Phil was in charge of the technology at my church, I'm sure it wouldn't have happened on his watch.
Attending Good Friday and Easter Sunday in person, thankfully, but hope they sort out the tech for the majority watching online. Big airy 19th Century church normally has a capacity of up to 1,000, but is currently limited by law to a maximum of 100 people and the Easter services are by ticket only - free but strictly limited numbers. I was fortunate enough to be there on the day they became available, because they went fast.

Therefore from this 63p, you must grow something equally earth-shattering.

Hmmm. In five years I've always had an OU Assignment result back in 7-10 days after due date but radio silence 15 days after last submission date. Causing me some stress. Will email the Student Support Team next week.

It is now _exactly_ eight months to the day since I was last in someone else's home, and since I last set foot inside motorised transport.
