Yesterday: A struggle with the face to start with and far too early a start (4:05am). But agressively often steaming, gargling with salt water and manipulating the painful areas of my face took the pain levels right down by lunch. Returned later but shows I can do something about it.
Today: Much better night's sleep Church this morning. L Jab II 8:50am.
Pray Day goes OK, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray face improves and is less painful. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
