Morning All!
It's Sunday - Praise the Lord!
Yesterday: A very good day. Busy - VERY Busy but still a very good day. Had a visitor in - first time I'd seen them in person since the Sunday before Christmas 2019!! Got lots done.
Today: Not such a good night - awake in middle - and a bit achy this morning. Conclusion to the Thy Kingdom Come prayer week this morning, then church. Today is 15 months since I last went in the church building or road on a train. I'd targetted doing the first today but the body went NO in a big way this week. I'm staying home, Liz and Jonathan going in!
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.

Libraries are finally open to the public over here in Madison. I’m going to go to one first thing in the morning on my first day off. It’s been since March 2020. You’re allowed to point and laugh I haven't been able to go to a library since March 2020 either, and libraries are some of my favourite places. I hope to return in August when fully immunised. -Ralph

Enjoyed watching Eurovision last night. It was a nice 'normal' thing to do, helped by it it being produced like in 'normal' times: I couldn't tell it had been made in covid conditions. Went to bed in a good mood.
Was really looking forward to today. Had planned to go to Jen's church for a look (she's recently been going back after a year of zoom services and needed some support) and then we were going out for a meal with her mum. Would have been my first trips out inside anywhere since last September. But I woke up with an awful headache and couldn't get out of bed. Only felt better at 1pm, when it was too late. Rather upset.

I also skipped church today, on account of my still runny nose which is incompatible with a long period of wearing a face covering. That may be an ongoing issue as we go into my peak hayfever months.
Had a nice time reading newspapers in local cafes instead, first time I've sat inside this year. Then finished my lawns, cleaned the house and did my Sunday lateral flow test. (Heartily recommended for anyone now out and about. You get used to them.)
Going to put feet up this afternoon.

Went back to bed at 2pm, got up at 6pm. Another day trapped inside. Pissing down outside.

I'm not being rude, but I don't understand what I'm looking at. I thought he had lethal weapons...

They're *are* pretty lethal if the elastic bands are tight enough!
