Morning All!
It's FRIDAY!
Yesterday: Challenging. An encounter with the printer ate up brain and by the afternoon I was struggling. Didn't sleep too long in the afternoon which didn't help. 2 1/2 hours alone in the early evening did but really not good towards the end of the day both mentally and physically with the face pain v high and hitting the teeth again.
Today: Quiet I hope. Chip shop lunch
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, especially the sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray we stay protected from the virus.

Time has lost all meaning. My life is work, sleep, shed. I usually remember to eat. Eventually.
The roofy bit are all cut. Now the temporary roof that has held the rain at bay for the last ????????? will need to be removed so the proper roofy bits can be fitted and then boarded. And then covered with the roofing membrane. It being dry is relatively important for these steps. Will the rain give me this time? History suggests, no, no it will not.

It was kind of a Tamagotchi type thing but because it talked to you and learned about you it felt more real. |

Morning All!
This is Saturday - Watch and Smile!
Yesterday: Much better day, face much improved with the sinus pain much reduced in area & intensity plus generally away from the teeth and head a lot better mentally.
Didn't get off till 2am, legs. Slept in till 8:30 and then promptly knocked my water over!!
Today: Zooming Mum in afternoon and in the chair for the TMUK Zoom while Andu is indisposed on TFNation duties.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray we stay protected from the virus.

Morning All!
It's Sunday - Praise the Lord
Yesterday: Generally OK, but got quite tired and rather painful in the evening. Operation Fix The Bed Phil Broke has commenced by building a shelving unit in Liz's room to take the stuff I've got stored under the bed and round the room. Body did odd things when I got into bed again but was off relatively quickly.
Today: Awake at 6 :-( Church Zoom this morning. Not sure what else
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray I get off to sleep easier tonigh without pain and spasms. Pray we stay protected from the virus.

I'm just wondering if entirely accidentally I've had tomatoes every day this week without realising. I have not made any effort to seek out tomatoes this week, I have just been noting them as I ate them. My aunt did us a salad spread for lunch. It included tomatoes. Torquay to Bristol - done. Parent escorted to car and seen leaving station car park in direction of home. Martin now on train to Cardiff. Martin |
