Home alone now for first time since married. My wife (!) is back to work. What...what do I do now?? -Ralph Clean the house, plan a nice welcome home for her, plan a nice tea. Or.... Sit around in just your pants watching the Olympics and playing with Transformers toys?

Clean the house in your pants with the Olympics on in the background and play with Transformers while tea is cooking.

Morning All!
It's Wednesday
Yesterday: Hmmm. Tired all day, despite sleeping well at night. Head struggled after I got woken early in the afternoon a tech job that was beyond the ability of my head to deal - taking the hwwead from 0-60 didn't go well. Then the rain really started and the pain went up which finished me and the head off. Face not so good either which will have contributed!
Today: Need to come back to the tech job. Need to sort food shopping and I'm a bit at a loss of what to order for next week for me and J. Can't have take away every night which means I need to do some lunches.... but what? Need to write something to publicise something I'm running Sunday. Homegroup tonight. And Liz (and Pippin!) popping in to take J somewhere.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.

Finally getting opn top of customer service hell that Ive been submerged in for a while now.
Today Kapow finally got me my replacement Mega Construx He-Man face that was missing from the one I got on sale in April. Late put sorted. Fine.
Around the same time I took my ancient bike in to Halfords for many repairs. In the inspection they missed that the gear shifters had broken and needed replacing but they couldnt source them. So I had to get them online. That led to a month delay getting the repairs done. When it went back in they then found the wheels couldnt be fixed. This time I found an identical bike within 10 miles of me for £25, I took the wheels in to see if they were in better shape. After 6 weeks of me constantly having to go instore because you cant call them I finally got told that no the bike would not be fixed. They brought it out with no front wheel attached, the rear wheel without tyre or inner tube. No chain and all the cables disconnected and tangled around the handlebars. 6 Weeks earlier I had ridden it perfectly safely. When I said I wanted it back in the condition it arrived in. They said that was fine, but I'd have to be charged for labour. I had to ask to speak to the manager and even then they for some reason thought I was saying I wanted it repairing rather than put back how I brought it in. Anyway eventually they agreed and that at least meant it effectively got a free tune up.
And today I was able to replace one of the wheels for about a third what they were asking. 1 more wheel to go. But progress.
Still gotta deal with House of Fraser. And Iceland are being unhelpful. But getting there.

Oh nothing exactly. Found "foreign body" in a packet of corned beef. Looked like a sliver of blue plastic but is really soft. Called the number on the back and they said they would send out a return envelope. When it arrived it was a standard letter size envelope, an A4 sheet folded in three one. And they asked me to put the foreign body and packet in the envelope and return them. The packet is larger than the envelope and the foreign body cant be easily removed from the beef, but they dont want the been sending back (and if they did it would turn the envelope to mush) so I'm some what confused.
