This Is Saturday Wear A Smile
Yesterday: Didn't do much but physically OK day. In fact, following stomach trouble and achyness in the two days post flu jab, I've been feeling a lot better in the last two days of the week well beyond what I've felt for a few months. Certain things really feel like they've had a real kick up from where they were. Improved immune system response post jab kicking out something that's been lurking? Who knows, But Thank You Lord!
Today: Woke naturally at normal time. Ah well. Slightly achy from wet weather. Hopefully quiet day ahead with Zooming Mum this afternoon and TMUK zoom tonight.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray I get a decent quiet day today followed by a good night so I'm OK for Church Sunday morning!
Pray we stay protected from the virus.

It's Sunday - Praise The Lord
Yesterday: Not as quiet as I'd like thanks to drilling next door but got through it OK.
Today: Church this morning. Need to Zoom Mum & my brother Mark this afternoon to sort out our planned visit for a few weeks time

Weekend away to attend a Christening. The service itself was very nice (I even got free tat) but otherwise I was very stressed and in a near-constant state of terror. It seems I am not quite ready to go back to socialising with new people/travelling to unfamiliar areas/large crowds of people/hotels just yet. Before COVID, I enjoyed all of these things with no worries, but it seems I still have a lot of work to do to get back to that state.
Didn't eat much due to feeling so stressed. Glad to be back home.
