I’m enjoying all of them, but trying to work out where Prime’s trailer came from on page 2. And ‘subspace’ is not acceptable as an answer.

I kind of know what's coming for the next dozen or so panels and I think we are overdue a check in Optimus Prime, and what about that shooting star/meteorite or whatever it might be...hmmmm.

I can't say I'm happy with the way this is going at the moment. We seem to have one very overpowered Strike Plane at large.

I don't necessarily think so, Roller being injured will have impacted the Combat Deck which has already been damaged by whichever winged cassette robot attacked it. I've also never though the Combat Deck was necessarily the most damage resistant artillery piece (to be fair a common failing with a lot of mobile artiller).
I can say with some confidence you will be happier with what is coming.

We've seen Optimus Prime blown to smithereens and be rebuilt (albeit not revived) so there may yet be hope for the combat deck.

I suppose each one of us may have a preconceived idea of how resilient Prime's trailer(s) is/are. His endurance rating is 10, but does that apply only to his cab/robot form? What about his Nebulan trailer which forms part of his larger robot form, or his Action Master 'Armoured' Convoy trailer?
I suppose I've always thought the original trailer would be vulnerable when opened up, but that it would only do this in safe environments. In high-danger scenarios, I would expect the trailer to stay closed up with the missile tower poking out through the hole in the roof.
How strong is its armour? Is it made of the same stuff as Prime's cab? To be fair, we did see a hole blown in the side of it by a Strike Plane in 'To a Power Unknown'. And Roller was destroyed by a high-speed collision with a kamikaze Insecticon. But I'd like to think that post-Powermaster, they were upgraded to be made from sturdier stuff.

I tend to agree, the outer shell of his trailer should be reasonably durable, but you will note it was open when the Strike Plane shot at it, so very exposed and not offering much in the way of defence.
Well strictly speaking did we ever see them again post Powermaster - I often envisaged Roller and the Trailer being somewhere in a storage bay on the Ark. It would have been a good way to backdoor bring Optimus back if they didn't go with the merging with Hi-Q to make an Action Master Optimus.
You could even use it to backdoor an origin for Pyro by having Roller and the Combat Deck reengineered to a new form.

(They only took the robot mode remains away.) But the TF Universe entry for Powermaster Optimus Prime refers to him still having a scout car, though it's absent from the toy. www.ntfa.net/universe/english/index.php?act=view&char=Optimus_Prime_PMIn the G2 comic, Prime had the missile tower poking out the top of his trailer in issue #1, and then Roller appeared in G2 colours in issue #10.
