Morning All!
It's Monday - 2021 Week 43!
Yesterday: Went about as well as I could have hoped. Church went smoothly bar a little problem with the sound as we were kicking off. Made it up to London safely and managed to see my brother as well as my Mum.
Today: Bit of mid morning Prayer Meeting teching. Lunch out with L & J.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray we stay protected from the virus.

Morning All!
It's Tuesday
Yesterday: Odd day. Wobbly start when I discovered I'd faioled to bring any Sertaline with me (had packed a second strip of the similar looking Tamulosin by mistake) Only need to do two days without. Thai restaurant closed at lunch so L & I had a very nice Persian meal while J went to McDs and then go himself back from Richmond to Nan's in Kingston all by himself! We're very proud :-) Bit flaky physically in the afternoon, from car to restaurant took something out of me physically as dealing with change of plan did mentally.
Today: Quiet day. Nothing planned till L & I go for dinner with Louise tonight.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray we stay protected from the virus.

It's WEDNESDAY
Yesterday: Quiet restful day ahead of a trip out to eat in the evening which was a fab meal out with a friend I'd not seen for far too long!
Today: Home!
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray we get home OK and Liz copes with drive (she's not slept well up here) Pray we stay protected from the virus.

Decision made! Have accepted the offer from my current employer and now have to turn down the other.
First time I've ever negotiated something at an employer rather than just moving on. Always used to have an idealist "if they could afford to pay you that before but didn't, they're not worth working for" approach but am now going with the more pragmatic "if I can avoid the faff of changing employer for the same money, which I will start getting sooner, then why not?".
First months payrise will be swallowed by our latest problem though, washing machine looks like it needs replacing after developing a mouldy smell last week that none of our treatments so far has cured...

I liked it, but it ended either half an hour too late for a natural pacing ending or half an hour too early for a natural plot ending. It's FRIDAY!
Yesterday: Busy. Got lots done but didn't get some stuff I wanted to done
Today: J's off to get vaccinated this afternoon.... in Oxford! I meanwhile am off to the dentist two have the two damaged molars pulled.
